Loved this picture I took on Tuesday of Briana-Sue and her coach Cinda. (Yes Schmitz family this is Brian's Cinda) She is probably the only reason I could let my little one out for the sport! Even with her own battles she is such an encouragement to her runners ~ very proud to be a Warrior Cross Country mom.

267/365 Cross Country #2.
Tuesday Team Schlatter was at Mt. Pleasant cheering on Briana-Sue at her second cross country meet. She did a great job running her first 1.7 miles, very proud of her determination to finish.
266/365 Bryce.
Sunday after baptism some of Team Schlatter got to watch cousin Bryce play football. I had a great time snapping photos, and even more fun editing them when I got home!

265/365 Ben Baptism.
Team Schlatter had a baptism today, what a blessing to see your son give his life to the Lord. As a mom that is the big one off my bucket list - baptisms...check! His sister did it big in Haiti with hundreds watching in the ocean, Ben did it small in a cattle tank with our church and family -- each one exactly as we expected :) God will use them both in very different ways!
264/365 Ten.
Team Schlatter was at Grandma Marla's celebrating the August and September birthdays. Ben will be ten on Thursday the 26th, we will officially be out to the single digits.

263/365 Football Friday Night.
Team Schlatter girls ventured to Van Buren tonight to watch WACO Warriors on the football field. Hard to believe, but with the help of Garmin, we made it to the game early without using any Level B roads enter at your own risk. The ride to and from the game as a student was always half the fun!

258/365 The Gang.
What an amazing set of people to serve our awesome God with. Plans are made for our next trip, goals are set for giving, and blessed beyond measure that God placed them all in our lives.
257/365 Carlos.
Sunday brought us back to Carlos, Ryan introduced him to us on last first trip. He is running a FREE school for 320 children in a space smaller that most US homes. We were able to contribute to his school allowing him to make much need improvements and expansions. It was humbling to see what he was able to do with so little. His faith is evident to all who meet him making it easy for us to partner with him.
256/365 Machines.
Armed with match box cars from Ben, we soon found out the Haitian children knew them as machines. My son thought it was a small gift, but to the children we gave them to you could see it was something special.
255/365 Big Yawn.
The afternoon was filled with laying hands on lots of babies, lots of prayers, and few tears here and there. As usual we went to bless the people of Haiti, and came home with pockets full of blessings ourselves.
254/365 Off The Beaten Path.
Mechanics we were not, the girls that is, so we packed our back packs with supplies and went off the beaten paths in search of babies.
253/365 Shade Tree Mechanic.
Many new adventures on this trip, we went to the island for Dave to work on motors. Lack of parts and tools made us appreciate the conveniences we left at home. Also started our list for trip #5!
250/365 The Wilkerson's.
Many ask us how did you pick Haiti -- these two!
They made it easy for us when that still small voice told us to go the first time.
249/365 The Doll.
Being the hands and feet of Jesus with friends was amazing. My dear friend Chris made a lot of firsts on our trip to Haiti, and what a blessing to be by her side.
248/365 Deena.
After unpacking the men took a trip to look at a car, and the ladies walked to Deena's orphanage around the corner. Prayer warriors please hold up this woman in your prayers, she is being evicted from her current location soon with 37 children under her care.
247/365 Unpacking/Repacking.
Step one, unpacking and repacking our supplies. When packing to leave the states suite cases are packed strictly by weight, not organization. We want to use all fifty pounds that the airline will allow for each case.
Many thanks for the generous donations we were able to take to Haiti.
246/365 Haiti #4.
Three flights later, Thank You Jesus, we all made it safely to Haiti for David and I's fourth adventure.
